Energize faculty and employees as they set goals and construct a foundation for improved teamwork! A shared Pathfinder experience is designed to promote trust, tolerance, and support a positive work environment. The length, location, and focus of the program are tailored to your group's needs.

Pathfinder provides activity-based programs to all types of organizations including school faculty, corporations, college groups, and community associations. We engage all participants in a physically and emotionally safe environment, supporting your group to develop skills and attitudes for success. Our programs are delivered in a variety of settings from your boardroom to an outdoor setting and can span half day to overnight.
